Style Collage: College Cutie

Hello! It's Friday and school week! So it's time for a college worthy Style Collage! I played around for a bit trying to figure out what I wanted to do. It took me a bit but I finally decided I's start with a ruby-striped crew tee. Next, I added a pair of cute dark washed skinnies. Now I needed some shoes. I couldn't think of what to do. Ankle boots! That's what I needed! Almost instantly, a pair of soft brown booties appeared before me! Now all I needed was some makeup and a bag. I didn't have to search very far for the bag. But finding the perfect shade of nail polish? That's another story! It took a very long time......but I eventually found it! And the collage was complete! Here it is:
Shirt; Sparkly Rugby-Stripe Crew Tee, $6 Aeropostale  Jeans; Washed Effect Super Stretch Jeans, $40 Mango  Shoes; Report Women's Marks Ankle Boot, $50  Bag; N/A, $7.85  Nail Polish; REVLON Vernis à Ongles Couleurs N° 620 Bewitching, $13

Well there you have it! Until next time! Au revior!

Style Collage: I Must Be Dreaming

Hello! Sorry that I'm a bit behind in my posts! I've been out sick :(. I'm feeling better now so I'm here to get back on track! This post is for Friday! The Style Collage is kind of spacey and futuristic inspired. I started with a hot pink flowy dress! Next, I added some silver patent Jimmy Choo heels! I fiddled around trying to figure out what I wanted to add next. I wasn't having much luck. So I decided to checkout the cosemetics and see what I could find. And right there was the perfect purple Nars nail polish to complete the look! Here is the complete collage:
Dress; Dress, $62  Shoes; Jimmy Choo Anouk metallic leather pumps, $650  Nail Polish; NARS Ratin Jot Thakoon for NARS Nail Polish, $18
Well there you have it! See you soon! Au revior!

Style Collage: Walking Along The Shore

Hello! For today's Style Collage I decided to use one of my favorite pair of shorts from yesterday's Style Secrets post. I'm not sure about you, but my favorite was the light aqua pair from dELiAs! When I saw these shorts I thought of warm summer days and walking along the shore. Keeping up with the mood, I added a loose white H&M tank top. Shoes was a bit a more difficult. I wanted something summery. But flip flops looked too tacky and I couldn't seem to find the right pair of sandals. Finally I landed on a pair matching aqua woven ankle wrap sandals! A perfect fit! Next I needed a pair of hip sunglasses. Instantly I found what I was looking for! My collage seemed a little empty. Even though I thought I was done. So I went browsing for a little something extra. I wasn't sure what I was looking for. But I kept searching. That's when I found it. A sunset hued Kate Spade bangle. It was brilliant! The color combination of orange and aqua was stunning! After finding this treasure I was instantly inspired! And before long I had added three more things to my collage! It was finally complete. And here it is:

Dress; Joie Balsa Top, $128  Shorts; Taylor 2 1/2" Mint Denim Short, $35  Sunglasses; H&M Sunglasses, $7.79 H&M  Shoes; Woven Ankle-Wrap Sandal, $26 Charlotte Russe  Bracelet; Off The Beaten Path Hinged Bangle, $66 Kate Spade  Mascara; Estée Lauder Turbolash All Effects Motion Mascara™ Black, $47  Ring; Astley Clarke Color Symphony Pink Chalcedony Ring, $180  Bath Soap; philosophy 'sweet orange honey jam' shampoo, shower gel & bubble bath, $16 Nordstrom
Well there you have it! Until next time! Au revior!

Style Collage: Fancy That

Hello! This post is a Style Collage featuring the last of the high-low dresses for this week! I must admit I had a hard time selecting JUST one! But I finally chose glamorous light aqua number! Now at times I can come up with some pretty wild outfit ideas. But listening to a sweet serenading song while making up my mind I decided to go simple, fancy, and small. I only needed two things. Shoes (obviously) and a pretty purse (it's really simple so there will be a makeup collage following). I was deciding what hue these iteams should be in while browsing through images of various shoes of all types and colors. When I happened upon an ivory satin heel by Dorothy Perkins! It was perfect! The only problem? Finding a matching toned bag. One bag after another popped up. One was too bright. Another too silver. And there were some that matched, but let's face it. They were just too ugly. I was about to give up and switch to a pair of earrings instead when on the last page, buried underneath a bountiful boatload of bags (alliteration!) was a glimmering patent tote. It was the final iteam to my last style collage of the week. And here it is:

Dress; Glamorous Dress high low, $25  Shoes; Ivory satin court shoes, $44  Purse; Mulberry Patent Bayswater Tote, $1,240
Well I hope seeing all of these high-low dresses this week has given you a look at some of the great dresses (and outfit ideas) that you can find (and create)! Until next time! Au revior!

Style Collage: It Dawned On Me

Hello! Today I decided to put to together a collage using the one of the cuff's from yesterday's Style Secrets and piece that has to do with Wednesday's Anne Analysis! I started off with one of my favorite cuff's from the list. The chic gold Dorothy Perkins cuff! I started thinking about what color I wanted to work with this gold. Lot's of colors go with gold. But it dawned on me that I beautiful and light peach would compliment it nicely! So I was off to search for the perfect hi-low dress. It came to me rather easily and I found a brilliant chiffon number! After the dress had been selected I decided that I better get started finding some shoes. They golden hue was stuck in my mind. So I searched all around looking for the right pair of heels. This was quite a bit harder than the dress, since I wanted to find the right hue and style to go with the dress and cuff. But I finally found them! A pair of Prada! Score! I was almost done. But something was missing. I needed more jewelry. But another bracelet seemed wrong. A ring didn't fit. A necklace looked silly.  A pair of earrings would be best. But everything came back all wrong. Everything looked to tacky! My search seemed pointless. Until....a pair of gold feather earrings came up. They were perfect! My collage was complete! And here it is:
Dress; LOVE Peach Chiffon Asymmetrical Maxi Dress, N/A  Earrings; Candie's Gold Tone Simulated Crystal Bead & Leopard Feather Linear Drop Earrings, $10 Kohl's  Cuff; Chunky gold look cuff, $17  Shoes; PRADA Rose Gold Strappy Sandal, $650 PRADA
Well there you have it! Until next time! Au revior!
